1. Eat all that tempts you. Once diabetes, BP, and cholesterol creeps in, life will be tasteless.
Enjoy life while it last! However,take cautions. As soon as diabetes and her family membr set into ones life, you've got to say goodbye to all dem juicy foods.

2. Choose a career for yourself. Do not let others determine your life for you.
Test the waters and identify that which gives you satisfaction.
Make mistakes and learn from them. A career is a sure way to excelling in life.Find your love and stick to your gun.
3. Go Dating!
Yap! You heard me right. So many folks get engrossed in their career and jobs that they forget to go on a date and end up a S-i-n-g-l-e guy at age forty.
Your life is precious to You. It's only you that can make it count.
Hence, invest in your relationship. Value your good friends. Respect their time and make efforts to go out bonding, once in a while.
Your future husband or wife might be that guy/lady you just turned down or disappointed all because you're C-O-M-M-I-T-T-E-D to your job.
Chill a bit dear.
4. Start saving money. The future is uncertain and salaries are good while you are young.
Do not depend on your salaries, you can get fired at any time!
